Got Questions? Here Are Your Answers

Quick answers to the most common questions about accessing and using Schiller's platforms.

Go to the sign-in portal and click "Forgot my password" on the sign-in screen. You'll receive a verification code via your personal email or phone. If the reset link doesn't arrive, check your spam/junk folder. If you continue to have issues, use the Access Problems button in the Support section above to open a ticket.
Click the Student Portal card at the top of this page. Sign in with your Schiller student email ([email protected]) and your account password. You'll need MFA configured on your account before you can log in. The Student Portal lets you view your grades, schedule, financial information, and contact the Registrar.
First, check your spam or junk folder in the personal email address you provided in your Enrollment Agreement — credentials are sometimes filtered by email providers. If you still can't find the email, go to the Support section above, click "Report an access problem", and select "I have not received my student credentials" to open a support ticket.
MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is a security step that verifies your identity when you log in. It is required to access the Student Portal, Virtual Campus, Academic Email & Collaboration Apps, and the Technical Support Portal.
  1. Download the Authenticator app from the Google Play Store or App Store.
  2. Go to the sign-in portal and sign in with your Schiller credentials.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to link your Authenticator app to your account.
You can also click the MFA Setup Guide button in the Support section for a step-by-step walkthrough.
Click the Virtual Campus card at the top of this page. Sign in using your Schiller student email and account password, then approve the MFA prompt on your phone. Virtual Campus is where you access your course materials, assignments, grades, and communicate with instructors. Make sure MFA is set up before your first login.
Your student ID is visible in the Student Portal once you log in — it appears on your profile/dashboard page. It is also included in the welcome email sent to you when your account was created. If you can't locate it, contact the Registrar Office via the Support section above.
Click the DLRC card at the top of this page. The Digital Learning Resource Center gives you access to the library, online databases, academic resources, and research tools. You'll sign in with the same Schiller Microsoft credentials used for your other platforms.
Go to the Support section above and click "Technical Support Portal". Note that the portal requires your Schiller account with MFA already configured. Alternatively, for access-related issues (password, credentials, MFA), click "Report an access problem" — that form does not require you to be logged in.
Your Schiller student email follows the format [email protected]. This is the email you use to log in to all Schiller platforms (Student Portal, Virtual Campus, Academic Email & Collaboration Apps, etc.). If you are unsure of your exact email, check the original welcome email in your personal inbox or spam folder, or open an access ticket via the Support section above.
